Summer Bridge is designed to help students make the transition
from high school to college.
The program consists of a six-week, three unit course - COUN 160 Strategies for College Success. Students who have participated in the program have the confidence and tools needed to achieve greater academic success.
Potential students please be aware of the following:
- If you will be under age 18 on June 21, 2010 you will need to submit an "On Target" letter from your high school counselor. "On Target" letters must be submitted to Admissions and Records before June 7, 2010.
- Be sure you have applied to Citrus College for the summer 2010 semester. If you have applied for fall 2010, you will not be able to register for summer.
- Be sure you have applied for the 2009-2010 FAFSA, in addition to the 2010-2011 FAFSA. This will help determine if you are eligible for an enrollment fee waiver this summer and/or any other financial aid opportunities.
- Students must be prepared to pay all fees at the time of enrollment, which will occur during a mandatory Summer Bridge orientation.
